Morning Star Bus - Lack of proper communication from Bus service provider

My Bus journey has been preponed by Bus provider without effective communication. I had my journey scheduled on Feb*th **** at *:** P.M from Tirupati to Hyderabad.As my bus had breakdown due to A.C failure i received a call from Morning Star service provider (from Tirupati) at *P.M saying there is a bus at *:**P.M if interested catch the bus. The service provider assured me that bus will wait till I board. I was in hurry to catch the bus , but bus operator was calling constantly for * mins from *:**pm and hurling abuse.The bus operator was not ready to listen the reason behind delay and kept abusing.He grabbed my collar and fought with me. The ticket was booked through abhibus and response from there customer service is nil. These kind of service providers had to be dealt properly and should be punished. None of these people ( AbhiBus and Morning star) bothered.
