K r hospital - Lack of doctors to care the out patients in OPD

As I visited the KR Hospital Mysore as an outpatient on **/**/**** at **:** am, only * doctor is available to check the outpatients that too he is not regularly checking the patients. Instead, he was taking a break of ** minutes for every ** minutes duration. When the patient's queue is decreased and when I reached the doctor he said to come back after *:**. On this day I had taken permission from my office for * hours but due to this incident, I am unable to go to the office on time. Also, I am suffering from decentry which I said to the doctor but he just left the place without any care or responsibility. Being a doctor it is his responsibility to treat the patients in time but the authority has not provided sufficient doctors to treat the outpatients in OPD and I request to take necessary action so that the common people should not suffer.
