Panasonic a.c. - Lack in Ac installation

Dear sir, i purchased panasonic AC last month and after *-* days of working it display H** error code. I raise complaint against it and engineer mark outdoor PCB is damaged so *-* days before they came for installation of new PCB as they installed and start power supply it short the AC wire and started to leak AC gas. Whole gas is leaked through pipe. No one was there to stop it. Whole night we was on risk. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible. Due to wrongly wirring of Outdoor PCB it happened. Kindly do the needful on priority. Company customer support and Jaipur circle higher authority is manipulating me. They are not responding.
