Healthians - LAB REFUSED SCAN
MIRZA ALI SAJID filed complaint against Healthians on May 11, 2022
We booked Dexa scan by sending Doctors prescription.
The order was booked by Healthians and payment mentioned in the order was Rs ****.**.
We were asked to visit Vijaya Diagnostics Dilshukhnagar for the scan.
The staff at Vijaya Diagnostics refused to do the scan for ****.**.
We waisted more than * hours trying to talk to Healthians.But finally Healthians said its by mistake they mentioned Rs ****.** and finally we had to pay Rs ****.** plus we wasted * hours time and the stress caused by this very bad experience.
Since Healthians officially acknowledged the charges to be Rs ****.**., we want a refund from them for the extra money charged by them.
