With a heavy heart i want to inform you that my self Satvir kaur working in Thapar University Patiala wants to grievance about your store in Leela bhawan Patiala.
I visited with my husband and son at your Shop on *.*.** around *.**pm and we had ordered pizza and we were sitting in the basement. It has taken around ** minutes and during this time your staff has stolen my wallet.
Initially we were sitting in the main hall but because of the non-working of AC we moved to the basement and unfortunately I forgot my wallet in the main hall only and I went to the basement.
Even after my repeated requests they are not ready to co-operate and they are not willing to show the CCTV camera which leads my doubt to them only.
I had all the important cards alone with around **** rupees. Now I am depressed because it's a huge loss for me mentally.
I am really unbelievable that such a respectful brand can harass like this. At least they can help me to check in their CCTV camera so that I can take further action.
In spite of my repeated visits they are telling me that their CCTV camera is not working and they don't have recording but such a big brand can't say or do like this.

At last I just want to request that you take appropriate action and help me in this hard time and it is time to take strict action against your employees. They should rectify the problem on time related to CCTV cameras.

Sir, it takes a long time to build a good image in the market and no one has the right to destroy it so take strict action and give justice to me.
I have mailed you with full confidence that you will definitely help me to come out from this terrible situation.
