Johnson - L lift is a defective product

It has functional issues twice in a month. Seems a defective product has been deployed. The lift number is L-Q**** we have paid annual maintenance program by paying around **k
The service response is good but lift has many issues like
*. The door stuck and doesn't open.
*. Doesn't start on generator
*. It failed multiple times to start.
*. Sometimes it work on generator and mostly not.
*. The lights in it blink although the backup batteries disconnected.
*. We had cabin noise
It's been harly *.* years and Name sake it's branded but has multiple issues.

Local lifts are far better than yours.
