L.G. washing machin warranty was ** years we bought july **** but machine suddanly took fire on january-**** night **.** p.m. our neighbor call police and fire brigade. next day we contact to L.G customer care service staff came and saw machine they report theire head office then thane office assure that they will pay reimbursement but till date not received it
