Zrr Security Private Limited - Kyc not updated in my EPF account for long time

Dear Sir/ Mam,
I, Ardhendu Mukherjee, Mobile number **********, ex-employee of your company, worked as "Runner Boy " post in HDFC Bank Limited Raniganj(****) Branch , being frustated beg to inform you that I resigned from my post on **/**/****. But whenever I want to withdraw my whole Pf Balance it shows an error messege " Invalid Bank Account Number". Then I noticed that ZRR SECURITIES PRIVATE LIMITED did not approve my Kyc. As a result I can't withdraw my pf Balance till now. I need that money very urgent basis for my small business purpose . Now I am in a very critical position financially. Please Help Me. Kindly update my Kyc as early as possible.
