I placed an order for * T-shirts from Kwabey.com around a week ago. It has now been almost *–* days, and my order has still not been dispatched. I have not received any tracking ID or shipping update.

I tried contacting the company multiple times through email and Instagram DM, but there has been no response from their side. Their customer support is completely unresponsive.

This delay without any communication is unacceptable and unprofessional. I have already paid ₹*** for this order and have not received any proper update.
