I had insurance of my Scooty with Kotak Mahindra. After the accident, I complained and got claim no-*********** through the call centre. They gave contact no of a surveyor named - Mr Pratap Rudra Narayan. His contact no is **********. He surveyed my case and given approval to Alankar honda for repairing work. After completion of work, they are not ready to receive a bill and reimburse the claim amount. Then I have complained to the higher official of Kotak Mahindra but it is very shameful to say that they never responded.
