My kotak consumer durable loan no CFB*******, I pre paid Loan ammount via online, but it is not credited to my loan ammount, but continuously debited from my kotak account, and now my account balance is negative * thousand, please help. i already paid **** extra, please refund it to my bank, please check my statement also
