Kolors Healthcare Pvt. Ltd - Kolors healthcare Team not cancelling the plan

I have registered with Kolors healthcare for slimming sessions for which there stated there would be no side effects. However, after the first session I had a red patch on my leg and it was a blood clot. I contacted the team in Pune to cancel the membership to which they denied we cannot and were extremely ruthless. Tried contacting them multiple times requested them to cancel the plan but they kept denying and stated they have raised the concern to the corporate team and also informed me that I would receive a call from the corporate team. It has been * week I haven’t received a response nor a call from the corporate team. I tried contacting them again to check on the status. But did not get an appropriate response.
