Super Plastronics Private Limited SPPL - Kodak Qled TV replacement

Dear Voxya Team,
I have purchased "KODAK *** cm (** inch) QLED Ultra HD (*K) Smart Google TV" online from Flipkart on **/**/**** for Rs **,***. The TV got delivered on **/**/****. On the same day (based on the advice of installation person) I purchased * year additional warranty for Rs ****.
On **/**/****, within * month, the TV stopped working. Only audio was coming, the TV screen was dark only. I reported the issue to Kodak Customer Care (customercare@kodaktv.in) & Super Plastronics Private Limited (branchsupport@sppl.ind.in). They both acknowledged the issue and assured for quick resolution. My registered complaint no. as provided by SPPL is MH********T******. Further, Kodak provided complaint number VLJDG*Z.
On **/**/****, the company technician visited and informed me that TV screen has gone bad and it needs to be replaced. I was shocked that within * month TV of reputed brand like Kodak goes bad.
I immediately reported the issue to Kodak & SPPL and requested to send replacement. On **/**/****, I got an email from Kodak TV Consumer care with following message:
"We are pleased to inform you that we have reviewed the status of your complaint, and the replacement approval has been granted. We are processing your TV replacement on a priority basis".
However, I haven't received the replacement yet. It is almost two months. I tried sending email almost every other day but they keep asking me to keep patience. Their phone support is also very unprofessional. I feel I made a mistake in buying this TV.
I request Voxya to please look into this matter and help me to get the replacement TV from Kodak & SPPL as soon as possible. I am also OK if instead of replacement TV, I get the refund of my money. The experience with Kodak TV is very bad.
