Bank of baroda khanpur branch dist jhalawar rajasthan - Kisan credit card

I applied for kisan credit card in Bank of Broda ,khanpur branch dist jhalawar, tajasthan on march ****. But till now bank didnt issue me kcc. During this perion of more than * months i asked many time and every time they said wait.and now they said that your file expired so submit new file and start process again. In this conversation branch staff behaviour was very rude and even they said we are not responsible. Branch manager also was involved in this rough talk.
I waited more than * months with patience and in the end they misbehaved with me. I am feeling humiliated
