Kia - KiA Sonet HTK Plus delivery delayed 4 months above

Treat this mail as a complaint about the delayed delivery schedule of my car (Sonet HTK+ **. Petrol Blue color manual). I have booked my car with JSP Kia banaglore.(JSP Auto-core Pvt Ltd,No.*/*, Singasandra Village,Begur Hobli,Bangalore – ******,Phone : +** **********) on the Nov **** as per the confirmation from dealer the waiting period for this car is ** days which is quite long compare with competitor and even if completing this long waiting period of *** days today ( March' ** ****) I got to know that this waiting period will be extended to further days. Is it fair? The complete waiting period is now almost * months above. I want to register my complaint for this long waiting period and delay in delivery schedule.

I need the justification for this delay also need the aggressive and special discount from company for this delay so we will considered this delay as special discount offer from company to us and we will more than happy to have this CAR in our parking even if having such a long waiting period or else what is the benefit to book the CAR so early if other people who book the CAR after me will get the car at same time.


I am expecting the response at the earliest as I want to know its company delay or miss planning from the showroom.
