Sir I have taken education loan account no ******JB******** shashank kumar of Rs ******.** from PNB sahar, bhojpur under bihar student credit card on **.**.****. But bank has charged interest by compoundly after * months of account open . My course period for Btech is * years i-e ****-****. But bank has started my emi within course period by compundly. Result is my Loan account is kow NPA. I didn't get my moratorium benefit also. I have written compliant to branch on **.**.**** but there is no solution from branch. When I go to branch for knowing my status , branch manager always says your application is under process. He is not answering from solution.
I have to pay EMI but after correction of account. I am feeling very helpless.
You are requested to kindly solve my issue. I will always be obliged to you
