NoBroker Legal - Khata combo

I have booked the khata combo services from no broker in the month of September which included Khata transfer, Bescom Transfer and property Tax transfer. In the initial phase I have been told that The entire process will take ** days and nobroker will provide all the support, but all the promises giver were false commitment, Only Khata Transfer took ** days and completed in December **** after that I am chasing them to finish the other * transfer but it's not yet completed. I don't get proper response and when I escalate they ask to give some time. Even after giving the timelines they don't deliver and it's been almost ** month and the services not get delivered.
Its been a mental torture for me and chasing them to complete the work. I have tried all way possible to contact them but they do not provide the escalation matrix, the contact information about the level of escalation and higher authorities are not available which is again a violation.
I want to file a case against them so that they learn a lesson and stop cheating with other customers.
