Karnataka State Open University (KSOU) - Karnataka State open University not giving me Results

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am Abhisek Sikder , one of the KSOU student for ****-**** bathes for B Tech electrical . My study center was in Jamshedpur .
My enrollment no. was ***/***/L/BTEE****.
Due to my job and family issues unable to contact the study center as well as KSOU .
Urjently required the results of *th semester and certificates for completion of B Tech course .
It is required in my company now and ready to pay any additional payment to get the certificate .
Sincere regret after a long delay for this communication .
Please help me in this case .
