KARMA GROUP (PRESTIGE HOLIDAY RESORTS LLP ROYAL INDIA HOLIDAY CLUB) - karma club membership fees not refund

I had taken karma group membership by paying ******rs which is not the full amount they told once you pay more *****rs plus * EMI that is ***** per month but i bought this membership because of their sales pressure i also told them i need time but they told price will increase so because of that first i paid ***** then *****rs but now i informed them i am unable to pay the amount so want to transfer but they you have to pay full amount that is around ****** then only we can transfer but which is not possible and this thing is not mention previously then i told them to refund my fund which i paid they that is possible because they mention in the contract no refundable but first thing my membership is not activated and secondly i haven't used there any service i also mention them if you want you can take document charges but they are not ready to that please help with this case i have also taken loan from my friend to pay that is *****.
