Kapil Chit Hyderabad Private Limited - Kapil Chit fund not paying back my money

I opted for Kapil chit fund and paid entire money monthly for total duration.
My fund got matured in the month of April ****. Its been more than * months and they just postponing saying due to COVID asking for more time. Till now they have not deposited the check and not received the money yet.
From last one month every week they are saying next week.
Do i need to send legal notice? FIR?
