Future Tree Group - just delivery franchise not a start

Dear sir / Madam

I am Just Delivery franchise holder, its been almost ** days since I look the franchise I received the software and Demo parcel with ** days and I havent trained yet. Just Delivery Customer care said ** to ** days to complete my everything but not yet and my sales manager is giving free time but work is not being completed, its been **-** days since the sales manager doesnt pick up the phone, I am calling customer care continuously but customer is not giving any response. If you cants do my job then refund all my money then I will be forced to take legal steps.
