Real juice - Juice spoiled before expiry date

I bought Real juice, Apple flavour *L Tetra pack. The packaging was very poor, the cap came off so it was difficult to pour it as well. The main issue was that the juice tasted bitter and spoiled, having a foul smell as well even though there's still a lot of time for its expiry date to come.
