Abhibus and ram dalal travels - Journey not taken place

We have booked the tickets for **/**/**** from khatushyamji to delhi total * tickets have been booked from abhibus app and the traveller name is ram dalal travels on the day of journey the driver call and change the boarding point we have agree and we reached the boarding point before departuring time that is half n hour before the location is like it was a huge big parking so we call the driver for exact location of the bus but he did didn't answer the calls and when the time over the bus came out and from parking and ran away without boarding us we try to stop the bus by waving our hands but he didn't stop for us later on when we complaint this thing to the abhibus platform they denied to give resolution they asked us to directly contact ram dalal travels we called and explained all those things and he was saying you people are not at the pick up point that's why the bus left that place and you won't get refund for it the bus timings was like *:** pm and we are reached to the location at *:** pm
Then in that cold night we have to again Booked the tickets from the local travellers
