Shine.com - Job service scam

I got a call on ** April **** from Shine.com executive who informed me about the paid services from Shine worth around *.*k. I trusted and got myself registered, after which I was assured that I would receive a call in the evening from the relationship manager who would be managing my profile here onwards and guide me towards the entire process of recruitment.

I got a call on the same day in the evening from Vicky Goyal who asked me about my experience and job preferences. He told me that I would be guided towards the entire process and various services would be provided to me during this process. Soon after this he started raising some invoice for some service with amount of around *k which would be for employee verification process then immediately after making payment he informed that the invoice was in two parts and I need to make the payment of both parts in order to have the service active. The second part was for **k.

Even after this he raised more invoices for additional services all in two parts and with higher amounts. In total I have deposited around **k. When I denied paying the final amount of ~**k he started questioning me and started verbal personal attacks by saying my resume is not good at all. When I asked why he kept beating around the bush and was opaque about a lot of things.

He again lied that he is not the same person and I have him on record saying the same.

He said that I wont get any jobs now that i have not made any payment. When i asked for refund he denied saying its not in the company policy.

I need refund as soon as possible.
