Shine.com, International Career Services - Job scam

I got a call from a fraudster saying they got my resume from shine.com and shortlisted me in HDFC and Axis bank.
They told there is registration fees of ₹**** after that I will be able for the first round and then they told me to send my documents for verification and I have sent my resume, pan card and marksheets.
Later onwards They told me, HDFC spokesperson will contact me for face to face interview.
The fraudster claimed to be from HDFC and contacted me via email and call.
He told me to pay **** further for document verification and my job will be ***% confirmed.
When i call them back to opt out from the process and a refund of what I have paid. They warned that my profile will be blocked for * years and I wouldn’t be able to apply anywhere.
After a long discussion, they told me they will transfer the money in **hrs and when I revert them back they told me to transfer my money they need my debit card details and tried to take out the money from my account and told me give them otp no. and atm pin but they couldn’t succeed.
When I contacted them for two hours, they didn’t receive my calls and put me on hold, then the spokesperson said she couldn’t pay because her company hasn’t paid her salary and started laughing.
Apart from Taking the money while using your company name, they didn’t even stop there and tried to hack my debit card and asked for my identity proofs to misuse my documents.
If you cannot take a legal action or stop them for future scamming.
The least you can do is to delete my account so that I won’t receive calls like this because I have received too many calls to pay fees to confirm my job.
