Recruitment4career - Job recruitment agency fraudulents

I got a call from recruitment*career consultancy regarding job offer for the post of Pediatrician in Alzahra hospital, Dubai on May **,****..they asked me to pay registration fees, document verification fees and security procedure fees totally amounting to Rs*****..they asked me to pay immediately or else the offer would be given to someone else..they also told me dat money will be refunded incase I don't join.
Next day I confirmed with be website and they told me it was a fake offer..I called the agency again and told I'm not interested in May **.they told me money will be refunded in ** days..but now they don't even attend my call and their website is also not functioning
