Ims enterprise - Job placement fraud

I got a mail from ims enterprise regarding job offer from Switzerland(balgarist university hospital) they asked me to pay *st ***** as the registration fees , i paid the amount and send the recipt also and and they took online exam and i attended that exam and they told me i got **% in that exam.
And they they said that i have to get medical clearance and visa process will happen and askd me to pay more ***** rs for this process i paid that too and after one montb also i am not reciving any confirmation and they are not answering my calls..
I need my money back and want to file complain against this ims enterprise
