debrec construction petroleum company - Job Offer

I have received a job offer from Mr. Pete M. Gundogan of 'debrec construction & petroleum company ' which claim to be have office in UAE and the address of the company is given as follows:

According to the offer letter of the job for which interview never took place, I need to process my work visa by some travel agency which has following address:

Both of the entity have their websites and appear to conduct their business activities ethically. However, when I checked their names 'debrec' on UAE government Ministry of economy, I did not find any business name registered with this name but the result with 'debrec' name was shown as 'CONSTRUTORA NORBERTO ODEBRECHT - S A - ABU DHABI' which seems to be cancelled.
When I checked the company online presence on LinkedIn, Facebook etc, I did not find anything.
Also, the given numbers on their websites seem mobile numbers in place of landline numbers.
I request that my case may be taken up with UAE authorities to identify these job scammers and websites be banned so that they can not lure people further.
