Seasoft IT services pvt ltd - Job Not Provided

The consultancy company called me and told me that they have a job in Airport Authority Of India, ground staff, as a Assistant Manager, Indore, First of all, they had taken **** rupees for registration and they have a send offer new just in next week with all seals and stamped and on letterhead of Airport Authority Of India. In which they have mentioned *****/- should be paid for confidential stuffs, like a laptop, a handset, uniform and ID card. They were in communication with me regularly and asking about my current jobs and all. Later on I have paid *****/- because they told me that today is the last day for paying the amount and they have also provided a revenue stamped money receipt for all the amount. After that the said kit was not delivered to my address, so I have spoken to Mr. Amit Narayan, head of department at there, he told me to pay more ****/-, otherwise your parcel will not be dispatched. I have also bound to pay this amount. Now Mr. Amit Narayan had switched his number, but number of mobile number from where they were connected with me are still on. Now Ms. Riya is not picking my calls, but number is on till day. I have screen shots of every transactions.
