Access Solutions - Job Fraud

I got call from Access Solution situated at **A/**, First floor (Near China Town Hotel), Saraswati Marg, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-****** for a job interview for HDFC bank. They called on **th of December **** for an interview. The interview was taken by Ms. Zara. She asked to pay Rs.*, *** for registration fees and document verification fee then she asked me to come next day. On **th December **** she asked to pay Rs. *,*** for training fee she told me that all the will be refunded by them after joining. After that she asked to meet Mr. Vivek for job placement, he is one of the head of the Access Solution. He provided me an address of a BPO company I told him I supposed to hire for HDFC bank. But after that did not provide me any kind training or job they did not even arrange interview according to my profile. After following them for a month for job, he told me that he will refund the money. Since then I am following him for refund. On **th of April **** he gave my phone to Mr. Zuber (AKA “Samir”). Mr. Zuber (AKA”Samir”) he called on **th of April **** then he asked for some documents which I provided him on WhatsApp. He told me that payment will be made of **th of April **** but no payment was done by him. From **th of April **** neither of them responding properly nor made the payment, they do not even entertaining me calls.
May I hope that you will make serious action against them; if strong action will not be taken against them they will continuously looting people.
