Maviba technologies - job fraud amount not returned

On December ****, I have given around ***** rupees to person named Gururaj for Job placement. I have given the money in a office named Maviba technologies. Not sure he was part of this company or its rented . I have given all the money through gpay. Later he didn't placed in job and I have asked for refund .Later gururaj returned total **k to me.Then ***** is pending and he didnt returned this money yet.I have followed them multiple times ,but no use.Later I have complained in police station,but no actions taken.At the same time Gururaj filed a complained against us that we are threatening him .Later I visited their office ,but came to know he is not part of this office now.
I am not able to recover the money from them.Please do needful
