I engaged the services of an agency named FreelancerInd (also known as Freelancer India) for job placement assistance in the UAE. I paid a total of ₹**,***, broken down as follows: ₹*,*** for registration and document verification, ₹**,*** for job search and labour-related services, and ₹**,*** for professional website development.

After submitting sensitive personal documents—including my PAN, Aadhaar, passport copy, educational certificates, and payslips—the agency ceased all communication. Their website lists no verifiable physical address, and when I was finally able to speak with a representative, he was evasive and disrespectful. The conversation escalated to verbal abuse, where he made offensive remarks involving my family.

Although I received an email claiming my complaint would be investigated, no action was taken. To date, I have not received any of the promised services—neither interview opportunities nor the website development. I am now deeply concerned about the misuse of my documents.

This agency has shown gross misconduct and deceitful behavior, and I believe they should be held legally accountable for their actions.
