Tide Technologies Saidapet - Job Consultant charged and not returning the money

Tide technologies charged ***** to get a job qatar/kuwait. During the time of registration the consultant said people will be send through Employment visa and few days passed and the consultant told we will be sending via Employment resident visa ( * Years) where we need to go qatar and attend interview until we get selected and we decided not to got with this type of visa. Now, the consultant is not giving money saying he had spent for Visa , Medical and Bribe to the Qatar Company HR's
