Go2careers - Job consultancy offered a suspicious offer letter and was asking for more money

I had registered with a company called Go*careers (assuming that name changed to Steps*career).
I was scheduled an interview over a voice call on August **th , and I received an offer letter from a person called Amit Optum technologies as an initial offer. I was asked to pay an amount of Rs ****+*****+***** to Go*careers in three different transaction as a part of Employment Verification , background verification and Opportunity closure amount. After that I was again asked to pay a sum of $*** which I refused since it seemed suspicious.
