Shine learning - Job call from shine

I have received call from shine learning team for job related things, where they told me that they wil assist in getting job with good package. But they said it's premium plan which comes with some amount which Is life time until I get placed. I paid amount and he said call wil be moved to next level. The senior person explained me and demanded for additional amount costs ****. Finally I disagree with their plan and told them that should have told this initially and asked for refund.
