GLOBAL TALENT CONSULTANCY - Job applied

I was promised for job and they started asking money from registration , Order ID, Interview, skype interview, and lastly they started with *percent salary for creating job and said pay **percent but I paid less *****ruppees and for that Mr.R M Karan promised me not to worry I will manage as your friend and next day again he called and demanded ***** otherwise your file will not be processed. He set me mail saying your file is withdrawn. After that I contacted working people in company namely Monika and Rajan .they are saying your refund will be processed but now I am trying to call them they are not taking calls and refund is not processed. Kindly help . Thank you.
