citizen Bag - JioMart Wrong order sent Citizen Bag

Yaseen Gigani filed complaint against citizen Bag on May 5, 2025

I ordered citizen Bag (set of *) on JioMart on ** April. however, a single medium size bag was delivered on **st April. The delivery denied open box delivery and on opening we found the other bags (large and small) missing in the box. I ordered return of the order which was accepted (tracking id **************), however the bag has not been picked and no refund processed since then. I tried several complains to JioMart, there's no response yet
