Reliance Fresh JioMart com - JioMart com oder not delivered and no refund

I placed an order on JioMart.com on **th-July-**** of Rs***.** /- amount. The JioMart Team marked the order as delivered on **th-July-****, and A guy reached to me on **th-July-**** with a bill and order. I told them it is Prepaid order and not COD. He then took the order items and returned. On **th-July-**** I called JioMart.com support and registered the complaint, They said they will call back. I also registered the complaint to their email ID with the scrennshot of transaction details of netbanking from my account. On **st-July-**** they informed that payment is not realized, I approached the bank (SBI) support and provided the relevant transaction details from bank with reference number. Also, I approached the BillDesk.com (Payment Processor Gateway), and they said the transaction is complete and the payment is realized to the Merchant i.e. Reliance fresh/JioMart.com. Till Date I am struggling for refund and there is no response from JioMart.com support team and Support Head as well. Only three Service Request numbers are generated when I email them.
