On December **, ****, I attempted to recharge my JioFiber account through the MyJio app using UPI, but encountered an issue where the transaction was debited twice from my account without the recharge being successfully processed. Concerned about the unauthorized deductions, I promptly emailed JioFiber’s customer care, attaching my bank statements as evidence, and repeated the process twice when no resolution followed. Each time, they logged a service request, only to close it after *–* days without addressing the refund or resolving the duplicate charge. When I followed up via phone, the agent assured me the balance would be credited to my account, yet, even after ** days, there has been no update or resolution. Desperate for assistance, I kindly request urgent intervention to rectify this matter, ensure a full refund of the erroneous deductions, and provide clarity on the status of my service requests to prevent further financial inconvenience.
