JioAirfiber - JioAirFiber speed is slow since the date of installation

The JioAirfiber was installed at my home on ** August ****, The slow internet issues started from day one of installation, after contacting the support team same day, they keep giving me **-** hours timeline till today and keep escalating the issue, which is just an act of wasting time, No call backs from the jio was received neither this issue was addressed till now even after contacting them almost every single day regarding same issue, they sometimes disconnect the call between conversations intentionally or they just raise and complain which does nothing but waste more time, i asked for refund as the company cant provide the services which i paid for and they say even after its there fault of poor service and support too, they cannot provide refund even after giving them more than enough time for a solution, I would like to request a refund as well as compensation for the Stress and Pain i have to go through to talk to them again and again for nothing
