Jio giga fibre - JIO FIBRE TEAM NoT COMiNG AT MY HOME

I want jio fibre connection at my home i have logged it for connection but nobody coming at my residence . It almost year that i want jio fibre connection at home... I talk to vishal singh jiio manager but nobody responding.. They continously telli g we hve no technician.. And telling tomoorow but nobody.. Plz repond me otherwise i will.go up.... I will tweet jio cmpny main manager.....plz revert and take.action... Otherwise i will take action now...complain regarding Jio employees I invite jio fiber at my home but the employees reject my request many times I attached all the request number with this mail. I don't know what actual problem they have with me, I am trying to get the connect ...plz revert
