Pasupunoori Jewellers - Jewlery shop cheated me with silver thali

The incident is of Dhanteras day of ****. I purchased a silver thali on **th November ****. This shop owner somehow manipulated weight machine , and showed me *** gms Thali. After * year usage of thali, it started showing copper color stains at some places. When I took back to him on **th July **** he simply said it's *** gms and it's not my product. Where as the the estimate which he Gave me itwas clearly mentioned **% return buy back money. But because he knew he cheated me with mixed silver of copper metal product. He simply refused to take it back. His shop name is pasupunoori jewellers , located near mahakali temple , secunderabad. and it's clear he sells mixed metal impure silver to his own customers. Because no one will take image of product while buying anything, because no kne can image such people exist who cheat and back out when taking back their product. I did not take image or picture of thali when buying. This clearly means when buying any silver or gold item from any shop take a selfie with the product and with owner of shop in their shop only.
Because when one shop can cheat customers. , other shop TRUST will also be lost by customers.
I request all the customers to be very careful when buying silver , gold. From any shop.
