Jet air ways - Jet airways flight refund

I have booked Jet airways ticket in **** via agent and have never received a refund from them as per the agent.

The flight was from BOM to houston usa booked via Jet airways and operated by Air France when Jet airways went bankrupt my booking was not showing up on Air France code share as a result i Have to buy another ticket for my travel
