GOBINATH AM filed complaint against Make My Trip Jet Airways on Nov 25, 2019
I booked a ticket much in advance , in November **** through Make My Trip for an international two way travel scheduled for **th April **** onward from Chennai to Amsterdam and *th May **** Return from Paris to Chennai on Jet Airways. Closer to the date of Journey. Closer to the date of Journey , after a couple of changes made by Jet Airways to the itinerary , got the news that the flight is cancelled and the refund can be claimed through the Online Travel Aggregator who booked the tickets on my behalf, here it is MakemyTrip. On contacting MakeMyTrip, given to understand that the claim for refund is made by them with the airlines and told that the refunds would be validated with in **days from **th May **** as per IATA procedure. Though i got a partial amount refunded the larger part of the amount is still pending. Till date i have not got any update from MakeMyTrip and neither being given any timeline for refund everytime i call MakeMyTrip and they do not have any idea about when they would refund the money. The ticket was booked through Citi Bank Credit Card. Please help me out to get the refund at the earliest
