Footballmonk - Jersey Not Delivered

It's been * weeks since I placed an order for a jersey. They didn't even ship the order out until a week ago because they ran out of stock. I had to email them to know this.
The jersey still hasn't been delivered. They say it has been picked up but the shipping partner still shows pickup pending.
Never experienced such horrible customer service.
