Jeeves complete laptop protection plan - Jeeves not repairing TV even though I have complete protection

Hi. I have bought iffalcon TV from Flipkart in Nov**** and during installation of TV at my home, I have bought * years Jeeves complete protection plan through the technician during installation. As per this plan, physical damage is also covered. I have bought this TV on discount due to which my invoice amount is ~****rs (while actual TV MRP is ~*****rs or more). Now I have kids at my home at it seems there is physical damage in my TV panel. Jeeves technician came and reported to Jeeves about the issue on *th June**and then again on **th June**. Now on **nd June**, Jeeves team has replied me on email that they cannot repair/replace my TV and they will refund **** rs (after deduction of depreciation value of ~****rs). Now I am asking them refund must be the last option when there is no repair/replacement available in whole India/world. But jeeves has selected shortest/easiest route for them. They think that refunding ****rs to customer is easier/beneficial to them, instead of actual repairing/replacing TV panel. This is breach of customer trust. Jeeves is just thinking about the easier way, instead of resolving customer issue. Moreover they are saying physical damage is not covered, while in complete protection plan, accidental damage is covered. So please help me to file case against Jeeves so that I can get my TV repair/replace, additional compensation of my time waste and frustration. Let me know if you need more information.
