Hi Sir,
I have purchased Jeeves mobile protection,plan id CMFK************ for my mobile Realme *I. My phone accidentally fell down and display got broken.I have raised claim on Dec **th ****for this.
They have asked me few documents.I have provided same morethen ** times and I got a mail saying that I need to send documents. I have provided all the documents on same date. In Decmeber itself I got a mail saying my claim rejected and the reason is I haven't submitted documents.

Kindly look into this and do the need full.
