Jawa 4 2 - Jawa 42 bike issue frustrated coustomer

Hello Jawa,

This is to inform you that I am the owner of a Jawa** bike no. DL*SCX**** in the name of Bhawan Verma, which I bought on **th Feb **** from Ashvar Motors, Gujranwala Town. After * week of purchase, I was heading towards GZB with my wife, and in the middle the bike stopped on the highway, where no Jawa bike engineer was available. After searching, I got a bullet engineer, he refused to touch the bike. Then I spoke to the person from whom I purchased the bike, he literally dined to help me. Then we contacted another Jawa bike showroom, they transferred the call to their engineer, that guy guided the bullet engineer, and then the bike got started.

Then After few months in ****, the bike stopped working properly, it stopped after every * minute, which was so irritating and frustrating, and people who were there were literally laughing at me. I again spoke to the service station manager and he guided me then the bike was fine.

I gave the bike to Gujranwala Town for service on **th Nov ****. When the bike was handed over to me, the rear brake was making some weird noise while pressing it. I spoke to the Service Station manager and he arranged for an engineer, the guy came to my house and repaired it, but still the issue was there, after **-** days the noise was luckily stopped .

Few days back **th Mar ****, I again gave my bike for service, the bike was serviced, and when I came back, my bike again stopped working. It was not getting started, I was in the middle of a market so from there I pushed my bike. I spoke to the service station manager, he arranged for an engineer and he told me that Battery needs to be changed. So, I get it changed by that engineer only (Engineer guided me what kind of battery, specification and power of Battery it should be). It started working.

Today, the **th Mar ****, the bike again stopped working in the middle of the market and I again pushed it to reach my home. This is so humiliating and irritating that a bike which costs more than Rs.* Lakhs and which is almost new, is not starting and it is happening very often with me. People around me actually said what kind of a bike it is, which is not starting even though you have paid so much for this, and my bike has run around **** KM only.

So, I would like to raise this complaint, I don't want to keep this bike with me, either take it back or return all my money which I gave.
