I contacted Jan suraksha Kendra for file a fraud case against job consultancy. Jan suraksha kendra took Rs **** for it.
Jan suraksha kendra shared RBI complaint link and support team(**********)helped me to file complaint but I felt it's false complaint they try to do by me so I asked them about it they talked rudely.
So I contacted Jeetendra (********** who get my case in Jan suraksha kendra.)and told him about the issues He said I will talked to support team and telling them to contact you. on ** December evening after I never received any call for support team and Jeetendar. Every day I calling Jeetendar but he never picking my phone call.
Today morning I contacted this ********** and asked them about the RBI complaint issue he talked with me rudely
And threaded me to he closing my complaints.
I never trusting Jan suraksha kendra. They never provided good service. They never understanding the case sensitiveness. They delyed my case and talking very rudely so please help me to get my refund
