Designer Studio - Jainam Doshi from Designer studio is doing Fraud

I bought a lehenga from Designer Studio, but the material i received is so cheap and that its of no use. Now this person Jainam Doshi is asking for more money in order to exchange and firstly he want this courier to be dispatched and received to him only then he will ship the another courier. He is totally fraud. I want my money back, nothing else. And his website should be totally blocked, so that he cannot cheat any other person.
